HOLLYWOOD TICKETS is an independent privately-owned company engaged in the service of finding and providing tickets for admission to any and all concerts, sporting and theater events nationwide. We are not affiliated with, nor do we any licenses or strategic alliances with any box office, promoter, venue, theater, stadium, hotel, performing artist, sporting team or TicketMaster.
We are able to provide access to tickets for events through our various contacts and sources. Our prices are much higher than the face value of the tickets. This reflects the degree of difficulty and cost of obtaining the tickets.
Due to the general open market for tickets, prices and availability are subject to change at any time. However, our ticket prices and locations are guaranteed if confirmed by an agent of Hollywood Tickets by phone at the time the order is placed.
After confirmation by phone, all paid ticket orders are guareanteed by contract and a confirmation receipt will be issued via fax, mail or Email upon full payment.
By signing and returning your invoice, the AUTHORIZED CARD HOLDER understands and accepts that HOLLYWOOD TICKETS has charged the your credit card with the “TOTAL DUE” amount as indicated on the invoice. Unless this is a deposit or an “Order to Fill”, the specific seat location for the event listed is agreed upon and guaranteed at the time of order.
All client data shall be kept confidential and encrypted. All clients shall be entered in our fax or Email notification system for future events. This data will also be kept confidential. We do not Spam.
Examine all tickets carefully and immediately upon receipt. Any returns will be accepted on a “try to sell” consignment basis only. No refund of handling fee. In the event of cancellation, FACE VALUE OF TICKETS ONLY WILL BE REFUNDED OR FULL CREDIT MAY BE APPLIED toward another purchase within one year of sale.
All ticket prices are in US currency.

Every effort will be made to deliver tickets as early as possible. If time permits, tickets will be delivered by FedEx overnight delivery. Otherwise all tickets may be picked up at our downtown Los Angeles office, Will Call at the event or by messenger delivery. In each case, tickets may only be released to the authorized cardholder in person with I.D. or shipped to the verified billing address of the credit card being used. No shipment will be released without signature by the cardholder. Any deviation from these delivery policies may only be authorized by written consent given by the authorized cardholder at the time of order.
Hollywood Tickets reserves the right to provide upgrades on all ticket orders at no extra charge to the customer. Hollywood Tickets will not be responsible for any weather delays, events postponements, event cancellations, lost or stolen tickets.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
